A 300-level student of Osun State University in the Department of Information and Computer Technology, Miss Mujidat Olaide Akande with Matriculation Number CSC/2011/0046, has become one of the newly selected Google Ambassadors (GAs) from various African universities.

As part of its effort at ensuring good community relationship and having impact on its community, the College of Agriculture, Ejigbo, has inaugurated the College of Agriculture/Araromi Iwata Community Extension Group.

The Chancellor of Osun State University, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Alaiyeluwa Okunade Sijuwade, Olubuse II, has showered royal blessings on Osun State University Council. Oba Sijuwade gave these royal blessings during the courtesy visit of Council members led by its ProChancellor and Chairman, Professor Gabriel Adesiyan Olawoyin, SAN, to his palace.

It was another day of honour as the Iconic Lions felicitated with one of their members, Professor Adekunle Okesina, on his appointment as the Vice-Chancellor of Osun State University.
